What is Parrot Pro?

Parrot Pro (formerly Parrot Premium) is a subscription that unlocks additional settings and features for Parrot. All features marked with the icon are unlocked with your subscription.

Can I subscribe for a year?

No, we only offer month-to-month subscriptions at this time. Long-term subscriptions may be available in the future.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

Yes, contact support within 7 days of the start of your subscription for a full refund.

Can I transfer my subscription between servers?

Yes, contact support to transfer your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click "Manage your Subscription", then find your subscription in the billing portal and click "Cancel plan".

How many servers is Pro valid for?

One subscription is valid for one server, but you can have multiple active pro subscriptions at a time.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we never see your credit card information. Stripe hosts the payment page and billing portal on our behalf.
